Do not trust bobs plumbing, they may act nice but their workmanship is shoddy. They used copper instead of dialectic unions on a hot water maker installation at my family home; when the hot water maker they supplied explicitly stated with a warning label on the side to not use copper as it would result in the charge slowly stripping away the metal. This resulted in the hot water maker falling apart in only 2 years causing massive leaking. They then stone walled us, refusing to even come look at the hot water maker or give details on its exact make and model.
After Wad looked at the hot water heater he determined it needed to be replaced. While attempting to drain it he discovered the shut off valve needs to be replaced too. I was very pleased with the work and look forward to having the work done on 4-20-21.Ellen Rose Bob replaced the water heater and a shut off valve.
